Zealyne "Marchelle" Williams is a distinguished professional with an extensive career spanning over three decades. Throughout this period, she has significantly contributed to the success of numerous constituents across state, local, and federal levels, guiding them to not only meet but exceed their aspirations.
As the Founder and CEO of CLUES, LLC, Marchelle dedicates herself to mentoring clients, enabling them to secure their deserved positions of influence and advocacy. Her targeted confidence-boosting initiatives are designed to produce meaningful and impactful outcomes.
With a commendable 25-year tenure in the U.S. Air Force, Marchelle acquired profound expertise in Administrative Management, Human Resources Management, and Financial Management. This diverse skill set has been pivotal in her professional journey.
As a survivor of domestic violence, Marchelle passionately champions for equality, as well as human and civil rights. She extends her advocacy to educating both veterans and non-veterans who have endured rights violations through various forms of abuse, aiming to mitigate the long-term effects of such experiences.
Marchelle is actively involved in advancing education and policy reform to address domestic violence and abuse, now more broadly recognized as Intimate Partner Violence/Abuse. Through her efforts, she seeks to elevate public awareness and instigate change.
Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health, Marchelle leverages her academic background to devise strategies that enhance the health and well-being of individuals and communities alike.
Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Marchelle now resides in the picturesque Central Valley of California. Through Clues, LLC, her mission is twofold: to empower individuals to realize their fullest potential and bolster their self-assurance by leveraging available opportunities, and to provide victim-survivors with the necessary resources and support needed to create a safe and nurturing environment for them to recover and flourish.
